Delete Your Account & Data

1. Delete your account from the app (fastest)

You can permanently delete your own account directly in the Wesnoski Coaching mobile app:

1. Open the Wesnoski Coaching app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

When your deletion request is accepted, account access ends and tracked cleanup begins. Files, provider copies, backups, and retained evidence may require additional work after the account is closed. We do not report those copies as erased before their cleanup or retention review is confirmed.

Deleting your account does not cancel recurring Network memberships billed through Stripe. Before deleting, open Memberships and use Manage billing to cancel any recurring membership. If you can no longer sign in, contact the seller for cancellation. Coaches who sell memberships must manage those subscriptions in their connected Stripe account.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@launchsite-os.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal and health data associated with it, including:

• Your account and login credentials, name, and email address.
• Your profile and coaching-workspace records.
• Check-ins, symptom and wellness “system status” data, and grades.
• Supplement schedules, protocols, nutrition, and training data assigned to you.
• Progress photos and any files you uploaded.
• Messages you exchanged with your coach.
• Any Apple Health daily aggregates, imported workouts, and their assigned-training links in your workspace.

4. What is kept, and for how long

Some copies can remain temporarily in backups, storage versions, soft-delete recovery, connected providers, or records shared with another account. Minimal signed-agreement and privacy evidence can require separate review. We track those categories, the cleanup still required, and any documented retention reason. Account closure does not mean that all copies are immediately gone. Contact us for your request's status and any retained category and expiry.

5. Delete specific data without closing your account

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. To delete specific information while keeping your account:

1. Email support@launchsite-os.com from your account address, describing which data you want deleted (for example progress photos, a lab upload, or check-ins), or
2. Ask your coach to delete those records from your workspace, or
3. Disconnect Apple Health in Settings, which deletes the Apple Health daily aggregates and imported workout summaries and links in your workspace.

The selected data follows the same cleanup and retention review described above; the rest of your account stays intact.

6. Accounts managed by a coach

If you are a client, your records live inside your coach’s workspace and your coach helps control them. In addition to the steps above, you may ask your coach to delete or export your records at any time. Where a request requires coordination with your coach, we will help fulfill it.
